• Granada driving instructors are self-employed franchisees. Once an instructor has been assigned, all provisions of driving tuition are between the pupil & the instructor.
• No contractual liability shall arise or exist between you and Granada Driving School.
• If you decide to pay each hour individually, you must have one lesson paid for in advance at all times as we have a 48-hour cancellation policy.
• Failure to give 48 hrs or less will mean you are liable for the full cost of the cancelled lesson.
• Weekend lessons cannot be cancelled.
• All payments must be done directly to the instructor by cash or bank transfer (discuss with Instructor).
• All refunds must be requested within one year of payment and must be requested directly to the instructor.
• All offers are subject to change without any notice.
• Your instructor reserves the right to refuse the use of the vehicle for the driving test if you are considered a risk to the general public.
• Test car hire can only be booked directly with the instructor after a minimum of one hour lesson.
